The Creative Circle
Welcome to The Creative Circle: Mosaic, Painting & Mixed Media — a weekly creative meet-up designed for anyone who loves painting, mosaic, and/or mixed-media art.
The course is led by Jackie Micallef, alongside artist Rachelle Cremona, who work collaboratively to support students throughout the sessions. By combining their different artistic backgrounds and approaches, students benefit from a wider range of techniques, perspectives, and one-to-one guidance.
The course is individually focused and adaptable to each participant’s interests and experience level. Participants are encouraged to choose the medium they wish to focus on — such as mosaic, painting, pastel, drawing (including pen and ink), or mixed media — and continue developing their work at their own pace. Students are not expected to work in all media; instead, the emphasis is on refining skills, exploring ideas, and growing confidence within their chosen discipline.
Each week, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, homely studio atmosphere where you can settle in, make art at your own pace, and enjoy the company of like-minded creatives. Two artists are always on hand to offer guidance, demonstrate techniques, and help you bring your ideas to life — without the pressure of a formal class.
Bring your materials, your inspiration, and (if you like) a drink or snack to share. Stay for the art, return for the community.
